Transmogrify is learned in the Enchantment school of magic.
Cast and Target <Monster>
The target monster is transformed into a tiny, weak critter such as a rabbit, mouse or toad.
The change is permanent and killing a transmogrified target doesn't give credit for killing the original monster it was before.
